My two-bedroom apartment in Clichy offers the best of both worlds. It's conveniently located near several parks, including Martin Luther King and Batignolles Cemetery and the So Ouest Shopping Mall, all within walking distance. Plus, it's just a 30-minute bus ride away from bustling Paris. Clichy itself is a laid-back and family-friendly commune, providing a relaxed atmosphere.

Designed to provide a spacious and inviting living environment, this ground-floor unit boasts a great skylight that floods the living area with natural light. The loft deck, cleverly converted into a dedicated office space, offers a peaceful corner for work or creative pursuits. Step outside and find yourself in a private outdoor garden, complete with comfortable furniture, where you can unwind and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of spring and summer. Inside, the living area beckons with its plush couches, inviting you to sink in and relax while engrossed in your favourite book or streaming your preferred shows on personal devices. The room's centrepiece is a long dining table, providing ample space for four guests to gather and savour delicious meals. The kitchen, nestled underneath the loft, has everything you need to unleash your culinary talents. Guests of a taller height will have to mind their heads while entering the kitchen. The two bedrooms are vibrant and eclectic and are fitted with double beds lined with hotel-quality linens to ensure a goodnight's rest.
