🏡 Our apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests. 🛏️ Spacious, bright bedroom overlooking a private courtyard with no vis-à-vis, featuring an en-suite bathroom. 🛋️ Living room with open-plan kitchen and large windows facing a quiet street (in the pedestrian center of Chartres). 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster) with modern appliances, ready for you to prepare your meals just like at home. ✔️ Bed linen and towels are provided. 🔑 Self check-in and check-out with digital code and key lockbox. 🅿️ Paid parking available outside the pedestrian zone. ⚠️ The apartment is non-smoking 🚭 and pets 🐾 are not allowed.

🔑 Self Check-in: Arrival and departure are fully autonomous thanks to a digital code and a secure key lockbox located at the entrance. This allows you to arrive at the time that suits you best, without any time constraints. 🏠 First-floor Apartment: The apartment is located on the first floor (only one apartment per floor) of a two-story building. 🔼 Stair Access: Access via stairs, with some higher-than-average steps in places.
