We rent the ground-floor apartment to short-term guests, while the upper floor is rented for a long-term stay. The property is located on the ground floor, with complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas and a shared backyard, offering a tranquil spot to relax. The apartment features an open space design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
