This lovely apartment with 90m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Step into the inviting living room, where you’ll find comfortable seating to relax and a TV with high-speed WiFi, perfect for streaming all your favorite shows. The area features large windows that brighten the space with natural sunlight, making it even more welcoming. It also connects to a balcony with outdoor seating, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy ocean views as the sun sets over the horizon. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookware and cutlery, including a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. A washer is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom features the same comfortable setup with a double bed and ample storage. One of the bedrooms is a suite with its own shower, ensuring extra privacy and comfort. The shared bathroom, also equipped with a shower, has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including soft towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كان علينا أن نجد مكانًا للإقامة بسرعة، في الليل، لأن رحلتنا الجوية ألغيت. استجاب المضيف بسرعة كبيرة وأنقذنا حرفيًا من قضاء الليلة في المطار :) كان مكان الإقامة به بعض العيوب البسيطة – لم يكن هناك مجفف
