The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware, cutlery, and appliances, including a stove, oven, and microwave. A washer and ironing equipment is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الشقة جيدة حقًا مع إطلالات رائعة. الشيء الوحيد الذي أود أن أقوله هو أن موقف السيارات في الشارع صعب بعض الشيء.
