The property is located in Caleta del Sebo, the main village of La Graciosa, known for its whitewashed houses, sandy streets, fishing boats, and relaxed island atmosphere. Guests can enjoy local restaurants, cafés, small shops, and the harbour, where they can experience the traditional character of the island. The village is also a convenient starting point for walking and cycling routes around La Graciosa. For a day at the beach, Playa Francesa is around 2 km from Caleta del Sebo and can be reached on foot, by bicycle, or by authorised taxi. Continuing along the southern coast leads to Playa de la Cocina and Montaña Amarilla, one of La Graciosa's most iconic volcanic landscapes, with beautiful turquoise waters and panoramic views.

The island is part of one of the archipelago’s most important protected areas, the Chinijo Natural Reserve, offering peace, tranquillity, and an immersive experience in pristine nature. Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given. In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process. We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the full safety of our guests. The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff.Our aim is to provide a high quality service. If you find any damage, please let us know so that we can fix it.
