Welcome to my 2 m² flat on the ground floor in Boulogne-Billancourt. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located 5 minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay just 20 minutes from central Paris by public transport.

Welcome! The front door of this 22 m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, which converts into a double bed, and a large television. It is ideal for two children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen area includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) carefully made with hotel-quality linen. Shelves allow you to store your belongings so you can feel at home. The bathroom is comfortable. It has a shower and toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. The accommodation is more comfortable for 2 adults and children than for 4 adults. All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
