Welcome to our home! Discover this charming and spacious duplex (98m²), a true haven of peace. Our apartment features a large main room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom upstairs, also with a bathroom. The apartment is very bright, offering picturesque rooftop views, and is just a 2-minute walk from the Jardin Public, Bordeaux's most beautiful park, which will delight young and old alike. The kitchen opens onto the living and dining rooms, creating a welcoming space. The entire apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2022. Please note that the mezzanine bedroom is not enclosed and opens onto the office/sofa bed room and the living room below. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. The bathrooms are accessible from the bedrooms, and a separate toilet is also available. Please note that this is our personal space, so our belongings are located in the apartment. Enjoy your stay and all the wonders the region has to offer! Introducing a delightful and expansive duplex (98m2) filled with charm. The spacious main room showcases an open kitchen and a dining area, while the two bedrooms each boast their own en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for added convenience. Enjoy an abundance of natural light and rooftop views that create a bright and airy ambiance. Located just a brief 2-minute stroll from Bordeaux's iconic "Jardin Public," a picturesque park beloved by both young and old alike. Kindly note: This is our personal residence, and as such, our belongings remain in the apartment, ensuring a genuine and welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.

Kindly take note that key collection for the apartment is strictly available until 10pm from Monday to Saturday, and until 8pm on Sundays, and from 7am for the key drop Monday-Saturday and from 9am on Sundays. The key collection point is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the flat. If you anticipate arriving later or leaving earlier than the specified times, we kindly request that you inquire before making your booking. While exceptions may be possible in some cases, it is essential to arrange this beforehand to ensure a smooth check-in process. The building and neighbourhood is very quiet and parties are strictly forbidden. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. In the event that our team discovers any evidence of smoking, such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts, we reserve the right to levy a smoking fee starting at €300. Please be aware that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. Kindly consider this factor when making your reservation, especially if mobility or stairs pose any concerns. If you require parking during your stay, a parking slot can be made available upon request at Cité Mondiale, which is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk away from the flat. Please note that there is no A/C in the apartment, or in the building (it's very rare in Bordeaux and more generally in France) and it can get very hot during heatwaves, as the master bedroom is under the roof. We have fans available in the apartment and only a small portable A/C in the living room available, but if you are very sensitive to the heat, make sure to double check the weather forecast before booking. However, note that we do live and work remotely from the apartment and we manage the heat. Unfortunately, there is only ONE key available for your stay - the second key was lost during a previous reservation - and as it's a highly secure door, it's impossible to duplicate it.
