This charming duplex flat with its own private parking space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located in the Gare Saint Jean district of Bordeaux, with public transport at the end of the street.

The flat offers a pleasant and practical setting for your stay in Bordeaux. It comprises a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A private parking space is also available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Hotel-quality bed linen and towels provided High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the flat A welcome pack is provided on arrival, containing a sponge, a coffee pod, a bin bag, toilet paper and an individual soap pod. Bel appartement, près du Tram pour le centre de Bordeaux. Literie très confortable . Check in et check out très faciles.
