Welcome to my home! Modern furnished, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Bordeaux, such as the Place de la Bourse, the Musée d'Aquitaine, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. There are also many buses nearby, and the "Grand Théâtre" station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease. This apartment is designed with an open and cosy living room where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. This apartment has a security camera installed at the entrance for surveillance purposes when the unit is unoccupied. Please note that the camera will be deactivated during reservation periods to respect your privacy. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Please note in the ad that light work (painting, finishing) will occur in the building until May 10. we apologize for any inconvenience. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Very well located. Just a stone's throw from restaurants and rue Sainte Catherine, this is an apartment we'll be returning to as a regular visitor to Bordeaux.
