Welcome to my home! Enjoy an authentic stay in this cozy apartment, perfect for travelers seeking convenience and a local vibe. The property is set within a typical Porto "Ilha" — a historic and picturesque housing concept where small homes share a common courtyard or entrance, reflecting the city’s traditional community living. While the apartment is small, it has been thoughtfully designed to be fully functional and well-equipped. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and Air Conditioning (AC) to ensure your comfort in any season. WiFi is available for basic use. The compact kitchen is suitable for light meal preparation and comes with essential cookware, along with a dedicated dining area. Upstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing a quiet retreat for a restful night. In keeping with the apartment’s cozy scale, the functional bathroom includes a shower and fresh towels. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: To access the mezzanine bedroom, you need to climb stairs. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

مكان إقامة ذو موقع جيد، على بعد 10 دقائق بالسيارة من وسط المدينة. التصميم الداخلي جيد جدًا، لكن الشقة باردة قليلاً. لحسن الحظ، هناك تدفئة، لذا لا بد أنها مثالية في الصيف.
