Nossa segunda sala de estar é ideal para um momento de relaxamento, seja lendo um novo livro ou conversando com mais intimidade. O ar condicionado reversível equipa toda a casa, as duas salas de estar, a cozinha e os quatro quartos, para um conforto ideal em qualquer estação do ano. Cada quarto tem uma casa de banho privativa, garantindo privacidade e conforto. Dois desses quartos têm ainda banheiras, oferecendo um toque de luxo e a promessa de relaxamento absoluto após um dia ativo. A presença de uma casa de banho adicional no rés-do-chão é particularmente prática para os dias passados a desfrutar da piscina ou do ar livre.
