Welcome! This 85m² apartment is a comfy, no-fuss spot that sleeps up to 4 people, with a double bed in one room and two singles in the other. You’ll have a cosy living area to relax in after a day out, a dining space for shared meals, and a kitchen with the basics for cooking at home. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided, and there’s a balcony where you can enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. We’ll have the place clean and ready before you arrive. Just so you know: it’s on the 4th floor with no lift, and since it’s right in the centre, a bit of city noise is part of the deal (even at night). We like to be upfront so you know what to expect, while still enjoying a simple, central, and comfortable stay with GuestReady Essential. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
