This lovely 123 m² duplex property is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 1st floor (3rd real), and the building has elevator access. It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a peaceful ambience to guests. As you enter, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. Also, a service bathroom in the living room is available. Upstairs, there are three beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and an ample wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a built-in wardrobe. Kindly note that the bunk beds are intended for children, as they may not provide the ideal comfort level for adult guests A shared bathroom on this floor with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Signing a contract is mandatory. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
