Note: Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required. Cosy and bright, this apartment is designed with an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Featuring a sofa bed and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, including a coffee maker and an oven. The apartment comes with a washing machine and ironing equipment, should you need it. The bedroom is a delightful space furnished with a heavenly double bed. It is complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. Please, take into consideration this is a 4th floor with no lift and stairs are narrow The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request (includes towels and sheets)
