Welcome to my apartment! This charming 60 m² one-bedroom apartment in Aveiro is the perfect choice for couples seeking a comfortable and homely stay in this picturesque city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and boasts an open-plan layout that creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, perfect for shared meals or a cosy evening in. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stovetop, oven, essential cookware, and cutlery. One of the highlights of this property is the spacious terrace. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill, or simply unwind on the cosy outdoor sofa after a day exploring the city. For your convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during longer stays. The inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, along with a spacious wardrobe for easy storage. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
