Welcome to my 30m² apartment on the 2nd floor without a lift in Aubervilliers. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs of Paris.

Welcome to this beautiful 30 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it offers a peaceful stay in the suburbs while remaining close to Paris. The famous Stade de France is just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for attending events or concerts. Please note that this property is on two levels and is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The accommodation comprises two carefully furnished bedrooms to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (double – dimensions 140 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!
