Welcome to my 64m² apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator in Aubervilliers. It can comfortably accommodate four with its two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs of Paris while staying connected to the city.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 64 m², located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to attractions such as Église Notre‑Dame‑des‑Vertus, to parks and is the ideal location to enjoy some calm and serenity while staying close to Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to four people, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen - 160x200 and double – dimensions 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer, and a mirror. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The exterior features a pleasant terrace ideal for enjoying sunny days or moments of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
