Welcome! The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa bed and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil your culinary requirements. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. A portable AC is available for your comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Note: The apartment currently does not have WiFi. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable air conditioner for one room. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
