Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 46m² apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that only one of the stove burners is currently working; the other two are not functional at the moment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
