Welcome to my 52 m² ground-floor flat in the 3rd arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate three people, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, you’re sure to enjoy a lovely stay in Lyon.

Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (convertible/non-convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to ... people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type ...), utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises ... bedroom(s), each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (single/double – size ... x ...) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub and a large mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separate/included in the bathroom. The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower.
