It can comfortably accommodate four people with its bedroom with a queen-size bed, a colourful living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located nine minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to this beautiful 33 m² flat, located on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern, colourful and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to the city centre, shops and parks, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the capital of the Île-de-France region. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen size – dimensions 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.
