It can comfortably accommodate six people with its three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and spacious terrace. Ideally located just 9 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay just a stone’s throw from Paris.

Welcome! This modern 97 m² house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with its natural wood accents. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a space that is both stylish and functional, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious, light-filled living room features an elegant wooden partition that subtly separates the areas while maintaining an open, airy feel. The soft fabric sofa invites you to unwind, accompanied by a large TV, perfect for relaxation or movie nights. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for making the most of sunny days. The dining area impresses with its large wooden table, surrounded by modern transparent chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), while the third is furnished with two single beds. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, and bathtub. The toilet is separate. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. Now, all that’s left is for you to enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

يبدو أنه رائع حقاً، أوصي به! الجانب السلبي الوحيد هو عدم وجود الكثير من معدات الأطفال، ولكن بخلاف ذلك فهو رائع حقاً.
