The Centre district of Rennes is considered the historical heart of the Breton city. Divided in two by the Vilaine River, the Centre features old buildings clustered in the ancient part of the city. These mansions date back to the 18th and 19th centuries, but you can also find half-timbered houses that have survived since the Middle Ages. Fully renovated, it offers the perfect stay to enjoy the heart of Rennes.

3-room apartment on 1st floor without elevator: - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - 1 living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area - 1 open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, combination fridge) Self-catering arrival (keys in on-site key box). Bed linen and towels are provided. A security deposit of 600€ is required for all bookings.

Entire apartment on 1st floor without elevator (living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with WC) If you wish, we can provide you with a cot during your stay for an additional charge of 15€. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
