Situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs, it offers both convenience and comfort. Tastefully furnished with modern amenities, the apartment features a cosy living area with a sofa and a dining table, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full meal. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, central heating, and a TV for your comfort and entertainment. The bathroom includes all the essentials to freshen up, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for convenience. For added convenience, the property has a storeroom where guests can store and organise their belongings. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
