Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Manchester – a 30m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, conveniently located near Manchester Victoria Station, the Northern Quarter, and the Arndale Shopping Centre. This apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room features a sofa, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery, and ironing equipment is available for laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night, and the bathroom includes towels and complimentary travel size toiletries. In-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. A Note on Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only. It is also above a pub, so occasional noise may be heard, especially in the evenings. We look forward to welcoming you for a comfortable stay in Manchester.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
