Located on the ground floor, the property is accessed by descending a set of stairs. The inviting living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a wide-screen MiniLED TV for relaxing with your favourite shows, and a dining area - designed for intimate meals or casual gatherings - from where you can enjoy the view of the ocean. Step outside onto the serene terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, providing an idyllic setting for savouring your morning tea or coffee amidst a tranquil ambience. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with appliances such as a stove, oven, and microwave, along with all essential cookware and utensils. For added convenience, a dishwasher makes cleanup effortless, while a washer-dryer, drying rack, and ironing equipment cater to your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep, along with ample storage for your belongings. The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, including clean towels, a towel dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

غوتشي، كلب الجيران لطيف جداً ولكنه ينبح كثيراً أيضاً. إلا أنه عادةً ما يكون لطيفاً في الليل. كان المكان واسعاً ونظيفاً. كان من الصعب فقط الدخول وفتح صندوق القفل والباب لأنه من المفترض أن تمد المفتاح.
