Welcome to my apartment! Discover coastal serenity from our 105 m2 two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. This peaceful property, nestled within walking distance of the stunning Carcavelos Beach, offers a tranquil escape. With convenient access to local dining, shopping, and transportation options, it's ideal for those seeking relaxation and exploration. The property is located on the ground floor. The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading you onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الشقة جميلة حقاً وأحب كل منا وجود حمام خاص به. وهي قريبة جداً من الشاطئ ومحطة القطار والمطاعم (أحببت مطبخ بولا!!!). كان التواصل رائعاً وشعرنا بالأمان والاستقبال الرائع.

شقة واسعة جداً. الشاطئ على مسافة قريبة. على الرغم من الطريق القريب من المنزل، إلا أنه يظل هادئاً وهادئاً من الداخل. تتوفر جميع وسائل الراحة اللازمة لإقامة مريحة. مثالية للإقامة القصيرة والطويلة على حد
