This charming 22m2 studio is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable, relaxing stay in Tours, while enjoying the advantages of the city center. With a capacity of two people, this accommodation is designed to offer you all the comfort you need, in a warm, modern decor. The advantage: its location. Ideally located, you'll have all amenities close at hand and can do everything on foot. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. The apartment is designed to be as practical as possible, so you can make the most of it. First of all, in the light-filled living area, a large double bed is at your disposal for a good night's sleep and relaxation, while taking advantage of the fast wifi connection. A large TV will delight even the most fanatical of TV series and films! The kitchen area will enable you to prepare delicious dishes just like at home. It's fully equipped with crockery, hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine. Next, you'll find a spacious, modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. For your convenience, everything is included in the cleaning fee. You'll be able to travel light, as sheets and towels are provided. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and settle in comfortably. For students or lecturers, the Tanneurs college is just a few minutes' walk away ;) The setting is ideal for any type of stay. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find Tours' main pedestrian street, home to many of the city's top retailers. It's also not far from the old town of Tours and the historic heart of the city, as well as the banks of the Loire, a very pleasant place for a stroll and to enjoy the guinguette in summer. The accommodation is easily accessible from Tours and St Pierre des Corps train stations. You'll find parking in the street or on the banks of the Loire. The studio is on the 2nd floor and has no lift. For greater flexibility, keys can be collected from a key box.
