Come discover this beautiful, bright, and comfortable apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building. This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a stay as a couple, with colleagues, family, or friends. It features a cozy living room with a dining area for your meals. You can relax on the sofa while watching TV or enjoying the fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals just like at home (stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.). Then, you have two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for a good night's sleep. Finally, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet awaits you. You will enjoy a peaceful and green setting, while being just a few minutes' walk from the city center, the train station, and all amenities. Prébendes Park, the city's green lung, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. For your convenience, everything is included in the cleaning fee (including sheets and towels). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Parking is free on the street and is easily accessible on foot or by public transport from Tours train station (15-minute walk).
