This apartment is located in the center of Tourcoing, rue Desurmont. It is on the 2nd floor of a secure building. The accommodation was renovated in 2024. It is very functional, well equipped and even has a private parking space nearby, underground. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto a large living room with open kitchen and lounge area (connected TV) - Separate bedroom with duplex double bed (note, access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children) - Bathroom with shower, sink and WC The accommodation is equipped with electric shutters.
