Wedged between Pigalle and Montmartre to the north and Saint-Lazare and the department store district to the south, the Saint-Georges district and the east of the Rochechouart district is the historic heart of the 9th arrondissement, a district that remains authentic and alive, and strangely enough little frequented tourists despite its central position. Come here for its architecture (many neoclassical buildings are established there, composing what was then called the New Athens, high place of romanticism in the nineteenth century), to walk in the footsteps of Bel-Ami de Maupassant or simply to stroll, we are certain to spend a pleasant time in this corner of Paris. Do not miss the lively Rue des Martyrs, where grocers, caterers, cheese makers, wine merchants and trendy shops abound. Treat yourself to a coffee at Kooka Boora Café on the charming Lino Ventura square or in the courtyard of Hotel Amour. Go back to the adventure of the neighborhood near Saint George Square and Villa Ballu (23 rue de Ballu), and if you feel like it, enter the little Museum of Romantic Life (16 rue Chaptal). The historic setting of the museum revisited by the famous French designer Jacques Garcia offers a fascinating dive into the romantic Paris of the time through a skillful reconstruction (portraits, furniture, jewelry etc.) Not to mention that the museum houses one of the more charming terraces of the city, a well-kept secret in the neighborhood.For your taste buds, nothing better than the gourmet restaurant scoundrels with a very good price / quality in the street Bruyère at 25 rue la bruyère (at the foot of the apartment). Many restaurants are located Gustave Toudouze place at 100m.

Strategically located in the 9th district of Paris, this fully-equipped apartment is the perfect home for anyone looking to stay in central Paris!


Welcome to our home! The cosy living area has a comfortable sitting area, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining/bar table and kitchen are great for social cooking together. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bedroom is complete with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as some storage space in the wardrobe for you to make use of. Bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilets are separated. Fresh towels will be provided. I hope you have a fantastic stay!


Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is located on the 3rd floor and is STAIR ACCESS only. There is NO elevator.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
