Located just next to the Alges station, our apartment is the perfect place to stay if you are looking explore the area. With restaurants all around the area, and attractions like Jerónimos Monastry, Museu de Marinha and more just minutes away, it’s the perfect spot for a getaway. You have a supermarket (Minipreço) just 1 minute away. Do you know NOS Festival? well this is the perfect spot to stay and not worry about getting home after a long funny night as you will be only 7 minutes walking distance away ;)

Enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop pool of our apartment. Fits 2 comfortably but if needed up to 4, it’s located near the Algés Train Station.

Welcome to our home! Climb several stairs to enjoy the gorgeous views and artsy décor; everywhere you look is a feast for your eyes. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped and 2-seater sofa set, along with a flat screen TV for your comfort and entertainment. On its right opens up to our balcony, with a view of the horizon for when you want to relax outdoors. On the left is the dining area with 6 chairs. We have also prepared a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, cookware etc. For your perusal. Our home has only 1 bedroom and fits two perfectly, however if needed, the sofa also pulls out to a bed that will fit two more! The bathroom is stylish with wooden fixings and a glass screen. It has a sink, a bathtub with a showerhead. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! We hope you have a fantastic stay! NOTE: The lift is out of order. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home! Unfortunately, the elevator is not working in the building, so it is stairs only.

The lift is out of order. We apologize for this inconvenience. Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)

Molto soddisfatto, l'unica cosa un po' fastidiosa è la strada sul lato del balcone. C'è molto rumore di traffico quando si è sul balcone, nell'appartamento non l'ho trovato fastidioso.
