Right in the heart of the popular Cordeliers district, in a very quiet street, you'll enjoy this comfortable, fully-equipped 18m² studio apartment. It's the perfect little cocoon for your stay in Lyon. All the shops are within walking distance, making your stay easier and more enjoyable.

On the fourth floor (no lift), the flat comprises: A living room with an open-plan kitchen area equipped with an induction hob, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, a dining area with a table and two chairs and everything you need to cook. A lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and Wi-Fi internet access. Finally, a shower room with shower, WC and washbasin with storage space. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
