Welcome to our home! This newly designed home is located on the first floor via stairs and spread across two floors via stairs in the heart of West Kensington. Once inside, the bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the kitchen, lounge, and terrace on the top floor. The apartment has a private terrace, a private balcony, an en suite bathroom, a spacious living area, and a modern kitchen with essentials. Appliances include a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and smart TV. The home is equipped with Ultra Fast Broadband with minimum speeds of 100mpbs - perfect for working from home. The bedrooms have queen beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens. An iron, iron board, and hairdryer are also available. The bathrooms have all the necessities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is on a quiet road with excellent transport links within a few minutes of walking. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note the home is currently on the housing market, and we may require viewings during your stay with notice. The home is on the first floor (one up from the ground) via stairs. Once inside, there are two sets of stairs on each floor. Please note there is ongoing construction down the street (not in or directly outside the home) where noise can be heard. Please note no compensation will be provided for this. We are unaware of any end date and do not expect significant disturbances.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
