Many Santos industrial warehouses have been turned to contemporary creative and cultural hubs. Santos’s palaces, old churches, and streets are also well maintained. Due to the district’s rich history, the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga (Museum of Ancient Art), is well-known as one of the must-visit attractions in Lisbon. Don’t forget to visit The Viewpoint of Rocha De Conde Obidos Viewpoint where you’ll get a stunning view over the commercial area of the port and the Tagus River, the 25 de Abril Bridge and Cristo Rei.

Welcome to my home! With wooden floorings and multiple windows used throughout the house, these features add warmth and a sense of coziness to the flat which enables guests to feel at home. Relax in the well-lit living room which consists of a double sofabed facing an LCD Cable TV. If you fancy dining in, there's an attached dining area where you can eat your meals with loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal including a stove, an oven, and a toaster. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and complimentary hotel-quality linens all at your disposal. The modern bathroom has all the basic amenities you'll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and free toiletries will be supplied for your convenience. Have a fantastic stay! Note: Our dishwasher is temporarily not working.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.


Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
