Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 89 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access. The living and kitchen areas are open and vibrant, creating a welcoming space for guests. The living area offers a cozy sitting space with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is designed for both cooking and socializing, fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table for shared meals. A dishwasher and washing machine add extra convenience to your stay. The property features two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers two cozy single beds, ample wardrobe space, and a washing machine for added ease. A complete bathroom and a service one in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
