Comfortable, well-kept flat in an exceptional location. Just a stone's throw from Rue Nationale. 10 minutes from the Grand Place and the Opera, and a 20-minute walk from Lille Flandres station. The République Beaux Arts metro station is 6 minutes away.

The apartment is on three levels. On the ground floor, it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The first bedroom is on the mezzanine. (low ceiling), and the living room with sofa-bed is on the basement level. It's a lively neighborhood, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd advise you to take along some earplugs. You're right in the center of town, just a stone's throw from restaurants, bars and other places of interest in Lille. The sleeping area in the converted basement is very quiet, and you'll appreciate its rather original layout! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! Ideal for a stay with friends or family to visit Lille!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Republique Beaux Arts metro station is a 6-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 20-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 25-minute walk away, V'Lille station 2 minutes away (Place de Strasbourg station).
