Welcome! Spacious and newly furnished two-bed apartment on the 33rd floor with outstanding sea views from each room. The apartment is spacious and bright, with a contemporary design that creates a modern and relaxed atmosphere. Located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence, it is a 2 min short walk to the beach, the famous JBR walk, "The Beach" shopping centre and Dubai Marina. It is 15 minutes walk to Bluewater Island. The apartment is perfectly furnished, a fully equipped kitchen, built-in wardrobes etc. There is high-speed WIFI. Rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. There is a full sea view from every room. There is an unobstructed view of Bluewater Island and Dubai Eye, and you can enjoy a full view of the beautiful Arabian sunsets. Building amenities: Central A/C, Children's Play Area, Covered Parking, Pets Allowed, Shared Gym, Shared Pool. NOTE: There are no European standard plugs in the property. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. L'appartamento era bello e spazioso con una bellissima vista sulla spiaggia di Jumeria. Era facile da raggiungere e disponeva di un parcheggio, il che è stato fantastico. La cucina era ben attrezzata
