It is located in an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. The living area is naturally lit - with full windows facing the Marina Channel. You can witness uninterrupted views over the Marina berths, the northern Marina channel, Jumeirah Beach and The Palm Jumeirah. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed sleeping 2, and the living room has a sofa-bed sleeping 2. Bathrooms include fresh towels, as well as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. Kitchen equipped with Coffee machine, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Cooktop stove, pots&pans and all utensils for when you want to eat-in. Enjoy the beautiful balcony throughout the day - with unobstructed panoramic views of Dubai Marina. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Note: There is currently some construction during the day around the building. Therefore, we apologise for any possible noise.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
