Welcome! Panoramic Tower is situated in the heart of Dubai Marina, perfectly positioned between Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residences. The property is a 40-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, just 15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes from Mall of the Emirates, and only 7 minutes from Dubai Marina Mall. This lovely 62m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is furnished, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay.
