It is located near many top attractions and just 11-mins from the Emirates Towers Metro Station, so guests will be able to explore the city with ease.

Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully decorated, the apartment comes with open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfy sofa and smart TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows which showcase the stunning city views and lets in sunlight that brightens the space throughout the day. There is also a spacious balcony with a seating area where you can take in the breathtaking views, even more so at night. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area big enough to seat 6 people. The 2 bedrooms contain a king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy!

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
