It's in an excellent location, near JBR beach, with a beautiful shared infinity pool with views of Bluewaters Island and the Ain Dubai, an indoor health club and a kid's playroom.

Welcome ! Situated in the newly built 52|42 -Emaar Tower, this luxury condo unit in Dubai Marina is the perfect place for small families. The apartment is fully furnished with all modern amenities for a great stay. Overlooking the marina and offering beachside views, this property is sure to please the whole family. There is an open living area so that you can bring your friends or family members to enjoy your time together. The unit has all modern amenities for a great stay and has a balcony overlooking the bay and a beach view. There is also a washing machine so you can wash all your clothes when you arrive and leave with clean clothes for the next trip. The master bedroom offers an ensuite with a king-sized bed, with a secondary bedroom with two single beds and access to the secondary bathroom in the apartment. Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are provided at no extra cost! Cleaning and sanitisation is also provided as well. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that there may be construction nearby during your stay, which could result in some noise during the day.
