Welcome to my 106 m² apartment on the 3rd floor, located in the 8th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms featuring both double and single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a 6-minute walk from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! The front door of this 106 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television. The dining area includes a table that seats up to six guests. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160x200), while the third bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for children. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available to store your belongings and help you feel right at home. The bathroom features a sink, a big mirror, a bathtub, and a shower. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is also available. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note that the apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, as there are a few steps to access to the property. All that’s left to do is enjoy!
