Welcome to my 60 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor in the lively Libération neighbourhood. It comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests with its two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it's the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay in Nice.

Welcome to my home! Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, this 60 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. The dining area includes a table that seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, coffee machine, kettle, and more. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200), while the second bedroom, ideal for children, features a trundle bed. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
