This apartment is located rue du Jardin de l'Arc, in a quiet area of La Madeleine. It is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a secure building. You will be at the gates of Lille and the old town. You will have a parking space, which is practical because it is difficult to park in the area. The icing on the cake is that you will have access to a balcony for sunny days!
