It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with a double bed, two queen-size bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally situated just 6 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in Villeurbanne.

Welcome! Enjoy an ideal location, just minutes away from the famous Parc de la Tête d'Or, perfect for a stroll in a peaceful setting. Additionally, from the apartment, you can admire the view of the Fourvière Hill, offering a stunning panoramic view of Lyon, especially breathtaking at sunset. Step into this 73 m² apartment, where you'll find a bright, elegantly decorated living space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, along with a large flat-screen TV. The dining area offers a table that seats four guests and opens to a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view and sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for preparing meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available. Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed (160x200) made up of high-quality hotel linen for your comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and a shower, while the toilet is separate. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that's left to do is relax and enjoy your stay!

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
