Welcome to my apartment! Immerse yourself in luxury living on Dubai's exclusive Bluewaters Island. Enjoy partial sea views from the balcony and savour the elegance of waterfront living. Discover Ain Dubai, the world's largest observation wheel, for unforgettable panoramic views of the city and sea. The living room features a massive sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows, a dining table to share meals with loved ones, and a door leading to a furnished balcony with partial sea views, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms plus maid's bedroom with a single bed. The first one features an extra large king-sized bed and the second has two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The 3.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. We appreciate your understanding. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process. Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
