Welcome! This lovely 70m2 apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. There are 4 flights of stairs up a narrow carpeted staircase to the flat entrance, and then 1 flight of stairs within the property. The living space features two comfortable sofas, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and three large traditional arched Victorian sash windows, which let in plenty of light year-round. The dining area has a walnut wood table and statement dining chairs that comfortably seat up to 6 people. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor and has a queen bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens. It also has a fitted wardrobe and vast desk space for holidaymakers and business travellers. The additional queen bedroom on the main floor offers a built-in wardrobe and laptop desk. It is conveniently situated on the quietest courtyard side of the building, next to the main bathroom. Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. One of them has a luxurious oversized shower and a heated towel rail. There are also fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
