Welcome to my apartment! This 3-bedroom apartment in Valencia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for comfortable and spacious accommodation. The property is located on the ground floor. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table and a desk for those who need to work or study during their stay. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two have double beds, providing ample space for rest, while the third has a single bed. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
